Your new Role and Respon­si­bi­li­ties
The Group Lea­der Qua­li­ty Assem­bly leads and coor­di­na­te qua­li­ty acti­vi­ties for pre­pro­duc­tion and assem­bly, con­trols pro­duct con­for­mi­ty, super­vi­ses pro­ce­du­res and qua­li­ty indi­ca­tors, mana­ge team resour­ces, pro­po­se and track cor­rec­ti­ve actions and impro­ve­ment pro­jects, and pro­vi­des inter­nal and cli­ent sup­port.
Moni­tor con­trol spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons for raw mate­ri­als and finis­hed pro­ducts
Plan and super­vi­se qua­li­ty con­trol acti­vi­ties
Eva­lua­te appli­ca­ti­on of qua­li­ty pro­ce­du­res and spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons
Con­trol pro­duct con­for­mi­ty accor­ding to regu­la­ti­ons and inter­nal stan­dards – Deve­lop and update con­trol pro­ce­du­res and tech­ni­ques
Ensu­re full tracea­bi­li­ty of pro­duc­tion bat­ches
Ana­ly­ze anoma­lies, non-con­for­mi­ties, and claims
Prepa­re bud­get for area of respon­si­bi­li­ty
Pro­po­se and moni­tor pre­ven­ti­ve and cor­rec­ti­ve qua­li­ty actions – Con­trol and ana­ly­ze qua­li­ty per­for­mance indi­ca­tors
Par­ti­ci­pa­te in deve­lo­p­ment of qua­li­ty methods and tools – Train and rai­se awa­re­ness of ser­vices on qua­li­ty
Sup­port cli­ents and coor­di­na­te audits or sort­ing
Prepa­re qua­li­ty dash­boards
Your Pro­fi­le
Mini­mum of 8 to 10 years of senio­ri­ty
Mas­ter in Qua­li­ty, Qua­li­ty Assu­rance, or simi­lar field
Expe­ri­ence in lea­ding employees and abili­ty to moti­va­te peo­p­le
Good Eng­lish and French Skills (writ­ten and spo­ken)
Strong orga­niza­tio­nal and time-manage­ment skills
Strong team spi­rit, excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and inter­per­so­nal skills
Expe­ri­en­ced in Micro­soft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power­Point, Out­look)
Strong sen­se of respon­si­bi­li­ty, rigor, and atten­ti­on to detail
