Join the Record to Report Team at BEST as an Analyst in Madrid.

Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Post provisions and journal entries upon request from R2R leader, Controlling or entity Chief Accountant
\n
- Produce monthly financial reporting
\n
- Perform accounts reconciliation for assigned entities
\n
- Ensure Balance Sheet, sub-ledgers and trial balances are up-to-date and reconciled
\n
\n
- \n
- Post/control posting of Payroll and HR accruals
\n
- Reconcile intercompany balances and resolve discrepancies with Group Partner when needed
\n
- Manual postings linked to Sales for entities lacking automatic interface with retail tool (posting of sales, cash collection…)
\n
- Post Sales provisions when required
\n
\n
- \n
- Prepare tax declarations and book entries when required
\n
- Post provisions for tax risks (e.g. income tax) and formalise table with provision variations quarterly
\n
- Coordinate with local team and Group tax department regarding tax topics (payment, calculation, declarations, enquiries from local tax administration…)
\n
\n
- \n
- Prepare consolidation reporting and submit to R2R Team leader
\n
- Prepare and report other consolidation reports (intercompany, taxes, …)
\n
\n
- \n
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures regarding R2R and implement Group guidelines
\n
- Ensure respect of legal requirements and service levels
\n
\n
Qualifications
\n
- \n
- University level accounting/finance diploma
\n
- Up to 3 years of experience in Record to Report Process
\n
- Good knowledge of accounting rules, standards and regulations
\n
- High level of English is mandatory
\n
- SAP knowledge is mandatory
\n
- SSC experience is appreciated
\n
- Other European language is a plus
\n
\n
