What We’re Looking for in You:
• Education and Experience: Degree in Architecture. Previous experience in the hotel sector or tertiary building projects is a plus.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to lead projects from concept to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills with suppliers and contractors.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. Knowledge of sustainability standards and certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, or Biosphere is valued.
• Legal and Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with applicable building regulations and ability to handle administrative procedures with public authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Organization and Precision: Attention to detail, results-oriented mindset, and focus on optimizing hotel space and functionality.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various locations where Best Hotels operates or plans to expand.
• Commitment to Quality: Passion for creating unique, efficient, and sustainable spaces that enhance the guest experience.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Project Design and Execution: Contribute to the architectural development of new hotel openings and renovations of existing properties.
• Construction Supervision: Coordinate and oversee construction work, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to project design.
• Innovation and Style: Apply contemporary architectural trends aligned with Best Hotels' identity, creating welcoming, functional, and sustainable spaces.
• Resource Optimization: Propose solutions that balance design, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with interior design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure coherent and functional execution.
• Technical and Document Management: Prepare technical reports, permits, and construction documentation.
• Strategic Vision: Help shape the brand's image through architecture, reinforcing Best Hotels' value proposition.
