is looking for an enthusiastic and self-employed
Warranty Specialist
for Spain to join the After-Sales team of the legendary EBRO brand.
As the Warranty Specialist, you will be responsible to efficiently manage and process warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. This role involves investigating claims, evaluating costs, and maintaining detailed records while addressing and resolving customer inquiries. The Specialist is expected to coordinate effectively with various departments, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuously improve warranty processes. Additionally, the Specialist will be responsible for training dealership and internal staff on warranty procedures, analyzing data to identify trends, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You will work collaboratively with the entire EBRO team in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process warranty claims in accordance to EBRO policy and procedures.
Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction goals are being met or exceeded. through the daily management and support.
Liaise with client personnel at all levels.
Ensure approved diagnostic routines are followed and proper documentation is presented.
Process repair claims that require review for payment to dealer and from HQ.
Understanding the Claiming Process.
Validate claims coding for proper causal part, labour operations codes and parts.
Warranty system development.
Utilize and develop Excel worksheets and templates to increase efficiency.
Current topics or helpful information for team knowledge
KPIs creation & follow Up
Auditing process & Implementation and Follow Up.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Excellent oral and written communication skill.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Being able to work under pressure and deliver results to agreed timelines.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive warranty related field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Experience with MS Excel formulas and macros as well as creating reports)
Customer and Problem Solving Oriented.
High level of technical competences.
High level of behavioural competences such as well organized, reliable and motivated, autonomous and proactive.
Experience in a customer service environment a plus.
Language Skill: Business fluent in Spanish & English (Chinese is a plus).
