We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, payment-savvy and business-oriented owner for EP Metal Card products in G+D premium product segment. Bring in or build swiftly a good command of metal cards in terms of feature and function in order to translate a roadmap into requirements for stakeholders in product lifecycle management. Plays a pivotal role in providing technical support to our sales team globally, strengthening long-term relationships with customers and partners, and driving the development and qualification of new metal card products based on market insights.
Key responsibilities
Support the growth strategy of
premium metal cards
, driving financial performance and customer satisfaction.
Provide
technical and product support to sales teams
, including customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Contribute to the
product roadmap
, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Maintain
clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
on product features, processes, and delivery.
Build and strengthen
long-term relationships with customers and partners
.
Support
product development teams throughout the product lifecycle
, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders on
pricing strategies
for existing and new products.
Monitor
product performance and key metrics
to identify improvements and opportunities.
Conduct
market and customer research
to identify new products, markets, and innovation opportunities.
Collect and integrate
customer and stakeholder feedback
to continuously improve products and mitigate risks.
Qualifications and skills
Master's degree in
Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
.
Experience in
product management, technical sales, or technical marketing
, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
Strong
technical understanding
, including manufacturing processes.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills
.
Strategic and analytical mindset
, with the ability to identify market opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of
intellectual property and product development processes
is a plus.
