In the CoE of Advanced Analytics at Fujitsu, we are currently looking for a team lead to continue growing our team, leveraging and developing new data-driven solutions to address our customers' evolving business challenges.
As our future project manager, you will:
1. Lead all stages of the project, from specifications to deployment, including creation of key users, integration testing, goal setting, and final product delivery.
2. Understand client needs, expectations, and objectives to ensure alignment with project deliverables.
3. Facilitate regular meetings, presentations, and progress reviews to keep the client informed and engaged.
4. Coordinate with the team and product manager to define the best design for practical solutions, updates, and improvements.
5. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project health and progress.
6. Manage the project budget, considering stakeholder needs and translating them into actionable items.
7. Collaborate and maintain active communication with other IT&D areas.
8. Ensure proper project closure, capturing key learnings and best practices, and collaborating with all related participants and stakeholders.
You are expected to understand the business needs of the client, data analytics, and possess the technical skills to ensure project success and positive business impact, providing the necessary specifications, knowledge, and experience.
Your profile
* At least 7 years of experience, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Informatics, and/or a master's degree in Bioinformatics or Life Sciences.
* Experience as a Technical Leader, Project Manager, or managing Bioinformatics teams.
* Experience managing IT projects, Big Data projects, technology implementation, and product/solution development in the Healthcare sector.
* Experience in stakeholder management, communication, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and services management, with deep knowledge of Microsoft Ecosystems (Power Apps, Project, Excel).
* Experience working with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and some knowledge of DevOps.
* Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, and/or ITIL are preferred.
It will be considered a plus if you have:
* Knowledge of HL7 / FHIR standards.
* Experience in laboratory functionalities, genetics, genomics, or bioinformatics.
