Minimum Requirements
- Degree or equivalent Qualification in Accounting, Administration, or a related field, with a preference for additional vocational training or specialised courses in Accounting.
- A proven track record of experience in Accounting or a similar role is a definitive plus.
- Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with Advanced Knowledge of Accounting Software and SAP.
- A Proactive Nature and a Meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection.
- Impeccable Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written, with an Intermediate Level of proficiency in English and Spanish. Additional Languages are a definite Plus.
- Holds the Legal Right to Work in Europe, including any Required Visas or Work Permits, in Full Compliance with Local Regulations.
- Personally settled on the Island with Accommodation Already Arranged is a Must.
- Brings an Outgoing Presence, and Enthusiastic, ‘Can-Do!’ Attitude that Sparks the Spirit of The Twin Cherries.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs daily and monthly Bank Reconciliations with Accuracy and Attention to Detail, ensuring Financial Integrity across all accounts.
- Issues, Records and Monitors customer invoices in line with Contractual Terms, ensuring Timely, Transparent and Accurate Billing.
- Controls and Tracks advances and deposits received, maintaining Clear documentation and Seamless cash flow visibility.
- Manages accounts receivable and Liaises with clients Professionally to facilitate Debt Recovery and strengthen Commercial Relationships.
- Reviews contracts and commercial agreements to ensure Billing Accuracy and Full Alignment with Agreed Terms.
- Records revenue transactions and Reconciles with the Operating System or ERP, guaranteeing alignment between Financial and Operational Data.
- Prepares and Analyses customer ageing reports to support Informed Decision-Making and Credit Risk Management.
- Supports monthly and annual closing processes with Timely Submissions, Documentation Accuracy and Cross-Departmental Coordination.
- Collaborates with Internal and External Auditors, providing complete and accurate Records to facilitate Efficient Audit Processes.
- Proposes and Implements enhancements to Internal Controls and Reconciliation Processes, driving Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
