* Define the sales strategy in the B2C segment

This role operates in a high-volume, low-margin environment where key responsibilities are critical to profitability. It requires managing complex products and services in a fast-paced, competitive market with sophisticated contractual and market risks.
External Relations : Sales channels, partners, external suppliers (consultants, service companies...), sector companies (retailers), and companies from other sectors (retail, banking, telecommunications...).
