FOH team members are responsible for delivering an elevated, seamless, and personalized guest experience that reflects the brand's luxury standards and heritage.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to all guests
* Deliver attentive yet unobtrusive service
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of menu, beverages, and ingredients
* Anticipate guest needs and personalize the dining experience
* Maintain impeccable grooming and professional presentation
* Ensure tables, stations, and service areas meet luxury standards at all times
* Handle guest concerns with discretion and efficiency
* Work in close coordination with BOH to ensure flawless timing and execution
Requirements
* Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred
* Excellent communication and refined interpersonal skills
* Strong product knowledge (food & beverage)
* High attention to detail and service etiquette
* Ability to remain composed under pressure
* Team-oriented with a guest-first mindset

BOH team members are responsible for executing high-quality cuisine with precision, consistency, and adherence to the brand's culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present dishes according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines
* Maintain exceptional quality control and consistency
* Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas
* Manage mise en place efficiently to support smooth service
* Communicate effectively with FOH to ensure accurate and timely service
* Support inventory control and minimize waste
Requirements
* Experience in high-volume or fine dining kitchens preferred
* Strong understanding of culinary techniques and presentation
* Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
* Excellent organizational skills
* Strong teamwork and discipline
* Commitment to maintaining premium standards at all times
