About Role: Mobility operates one of the world’s largest corporate travel and assignment programs, enabling our people to move across borders with confidence and efficiency. As part of our data and innovation team, you will play a key role in enhancing reporting capabilities, building tools that support decision-making and operational efficiency, and driving automation across critical processes.
This role is essential to deliver timely, comprehensive, and actionable insights for assignee and traveler populations—supporting both day-to-day operations and crisis management needs. You'll work at the intersection of data, technology, and business to help shape the future of how Mobility operates globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Data & Innovation Strategy
1. Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions focused on reporting, dashboards, process automation, and decision-making support.
2. Identify concrete opportunities to apply emerging technologies (ML, Gen AI, NLP) within the Mobility space.
3. Foster a continuous improvement mindset and innovation culture within the team by proposing new solutions, challenging the status quo, and adopting tech best practices.
Technical Execution
4. Develop technical solutions using Python, Power BI, APIs, and other relevant tools, with an emphasis on robustness, scalability, and maintainability.
5. Build and maintain data pipelines, models, automations, and visualizations integrating both internal and external sources.
6. Document solutions and ensure adherence to development and version control best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
7. Work closely with other global Mobility teams to understand operational needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
8. Translate functional requirements into concrete developments, clearly communicating progress, results, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management
9. Lead or actively contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of innovation and automation projects.
10. Define scope, estimate time and resources, and monitor deliverables and KPIs.
11. Prioritize tasks with a practical, impact-oriented mindset, maintaining consistent communication with internal stakeholders.
Training & Capability Development
12. Train Mobility team members on newly developed tools, dashboards, and automated processes.
13. Create support materials (manuals, guides, videos) and deliver training sessions when needed.
14. Act as a technical point of contact for questions and support related to data solutions.
Job Qualifications:
15. Hands-on experience with Python applied to data analysis, automation, and functional solution development.
16. Proficiency in core libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras.
17. Strong knowledge in building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Power Query, and other data visualization tools.
18. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure effective solutions to complex issues.
19. Advanced English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate findings and collaborate with global teams.
20. Experience in project management or active participation in cross-functional automation or analytics initiatives.
21. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and collaborative, results-oriented work practices.
