In this role, you will support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of application systems, ensuring reliable performance and an excellent user experience across the organization. /ppbr/ppKey Responsabilities: /ppProvide bdaily troubleshooting and technical support /b for application systems. /ppMonitor application systems to ensure bstable and reliable operation /b. /ppManage and coordinate bbusiness requirements for application system improvements and implementations /b. /ppSupport the bdelivery and configuration of application system requirements /b. /ppParticipate in bUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) /b for digital and IT projects. /ppCollaborate with internal EDS teams and external IT service providers to ensure btimely service delivery and issue resolution /b. /ppContribute to improving bsystem performance, service quality, and user experience /b /ppbr/ppQualifications /ppbTechnical Functional Skills /b /pulliExperience in bbusiness process analysis and application system requirements management /b. /liliStrong bproblem-solving and troubleshooting skills /b in application systems. /liliExperience with bapplication system configuration, C#Java, monitoring, and maintenance /b. /liliUnderstanding of bIT system requirements analysis and design methods /b. /liliFamiliarity with bapplication system implementation, configuration, and development processes /b. /liliExperience supporting bUAT testing for digital or IT projects /b is a plus. /li /ul
