**About the role**
The purpose of this role is to support the development of strategic thinking across client projects by conducting research, generating insights, and helping shape creative briefs and campaign ideas.
Working closely with senior strategists and creative teams, this role contributes to the understanding of audiences, culture, and categories to ensure our work is insight-driven and aligned with brand and business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct research on audiences, cultural trends, competitors, and categories to uncover insights that inform creative and strategic decisions.
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights that strengthen creative briefs and campaign direction.
- Support in developing strategic presentations, reports, and workshop materials.
- Participate in brainstorms and ideation sessions, contributing ideas grounded in strategic understanding.
- Assist in campaign planning, ensuring creative outputs align with brand positioning and audience needs.
- Support post-campaign measurement and learning analysis to identify performance insights and future opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with account and creative teams to ensure strategies are effectively implemented throughout project development.
Proactively stay informed about emerging trends, behaviors, and innovations in culture, media, and communication.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Skills**
- 1/2 years of experience in strategy, social media, marketing, creative work, or a related field (agency experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Good understanding of the social media landscape, platform formats, audience behavior, and emerging trends (or a strong willingness and curiosity to learn fast).
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and transform it into simple, meaningful insights.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, and confidence in contributing to internal discussions and client presentations.
- Collaborative and proactive, comfortable working with creative, account, and production teams.
- Experience supporting work for international brands or multi-market campaigns is a plus (not required).
- A genuine passion for culture, creativity, digital-first ideas, and staying up to date with what’s happening online.

- Any other languages are a plus.
