Freelance contract | 100% allocation | 12 months | Hybrid – Barcelona, SpainWe are looking for an experienced Business Process Owner (m/w/d) to support the next deployment phase of a global SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation. This role combines deep functional expertise with strong communication and training capabilities, playing a key part in testing, process ownership, and global user enablement.Your responsibilitiesTake ownership of the global Treasury & Revenue Accounting process template in SAP S/4HANA, covering requirements, key design choices, and final documentation approvalPrepare and deliver end-user training, including live classroom sessions and recorded training contentContribute to Functional Integration Testing (FIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), helping to identify, analyze, and resolve process or system defectsWork closely with local business stakeholders to balance general process consistency with regional business and localization needsSupport key deployment activities, including cut-over preparation, hyper-care, and post-go-live stabilizationEstablish and track relevant process KPIs, such as DSO, liquidity metrics, and aging reportsIdentify and drive process improvements across Treasury, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, and Credit ControlYour ProfileDegree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar ; CPA/CA is a plusRelevant finance experience, including senior stakeholder, process ownership, or leadership exposureStrong SAP FI/CO/FSCM experience, ideally in S/4HANA implementation or rollout projectsSolid expertise in Treasury, Cash Management, and Accounts Receivable processesExperience designing and delivering end-user training on system and process topicsHands-on experience with FIT/UAT in SAP projectsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills in international environmentsExperience working with cross-cultural, distributed teamsFluent English ; additional languages are an advantageProject DetailsStart: May 2026Duration: 12 monthsLocation: On-site presence in Barcelona every other week from Monday to Thursday; remaining workingdays can be performed remotely.Language: English
