We are listed on the London Stock Exchange (EXPN) and are a member of the FTSE 100 Index.Job DescriptionThe Marketing Specialist will assist with the execution and tracking of all marketing activities and campaigns across physical and digital platforms, including marketing automation, email, social media, and website UX/UI optimization. Responsibilities include creating draft content and final assets for various media channels, such as adverts, banners, brochures, articles, blog posts, emails, presentations, videos, and more, adhering to brand guidelines. The role also involves managing marketing collateral and PPTs for sales teams, supporting physical events and sponsorships, and reporting to the Head of Marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and implement marketing campaigns from brief to lead generation.Ensure brand guideline adherence and create design templates for development teams.Manage publications and social media accounts, and create/validate content for communication channels.Conduct basic market and competitor research.Handle administrative tasks such as marketing briefs, record updates, and stock management.Coordinate event organization and collateral.Create product sheets and perform related research.Digital ResponsibilitiesCreate and distribute email campaigns (Eloqua).Manage marketing databases and SharePoint content.Assist with website content updates.Support social media and digital SEM campaigns.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in marketing departments.Fluent in Spanish and English, with experience creating content in both languages.Proficient in design tools (Adobe, Photoshop, Video editing, Web UX/UI).Experience in PowerPoint, CMS (WordPress), CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (Oracle, Eloqua).Work SchemeHybrid scheme of work.BenefitsLunch TicketsPrivate Healthcare23 days of paid leaveRecognition as a World's Best Workplace 2024We are committed to diversity and support employment equity.
