Main Responsibilities
Supervise daily team operations and ensure team targets are met
Participate in customer service activities, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency
Train, develop, and support team members, managing performance and individual action plans
Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining oversight, accountability, and follow-up
Collaborate with other departments and elevate issues to the Customer Service Manager when needed
Lead by example, promoting commitment, best practices, and adherence to company policies
Core Skills/experience
+ 2 years of experience as a team leader or in a related role within the maritime sector
Naval, nautical, or maritime-related studies are highly valued
Proficient in Excel and familiar with CRM systems
Organized and detail-oriented, able to motivate and guide a team effectively
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
