Internal Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Lead internal projects
end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational strategy.
* Plan, control, and manage
timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet or exceed expectations.
* Partner with
corporate and external teams
to develop and implement solutions that address internal process improvements.
* Apply
recognized expertise
in relevant technologies, theories, or methodologies to deliver innovative and efficient outcomes.
* Define functional strategy
, establish best practices, and contribute to the development of new ideas and principles.
* Serve as a
mentor and guide
for junior project professionals.
* Operate with a high degree of
autonomy and decision-making authority
in managing strategic initiatives.
Requirements
* First-level university degree
required;
advanced degree preferred
.
* 10+ years
of experience in project management or similar leadership roles.
* Proven ability to
lead large, complex, cross-functional projects
.
* Fluent English
(spoken and written).
* Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in the
technology or innovation industry
is a plus.
