Industrial Operations Leader
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Director to lead our industrial operations team in Logroño, Spain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production processes, managing production planning and project execution, and leading cross-functional teams. They will also identify and implement efficiency improvements, establish and achieve production targets, maintain compliance with industry standards
- Masters Black Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean is mandatory;
- Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management;
- Past experience as a Team Manager/Project Manager;
- A solid understanding of Sales principles;
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills;
- Familiarity with sustainability practices desirable.
