Tareas
* Apply a consultative sales approach to maintaining accounts as well as acquiring new customers.
* Telephone management (customer support & sales).
* Account management, regularly updating the ERP with follow-ups.
* Create and manage quotations and documentation.
* Establish strong customer relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service and effective solution selling.
* Negotiate with suppliers, customers and distributors to maximize company profit margins.
* Strong customer orientation and relationship building skills.
* Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the IT sector.
* Results-oriented and dedicated to exceeding sales targets.
* Fluency in English is a must - US accent / background desirable.
* Availability to work from Madrid (San Sebastian de los Reyes) - preferably resident in Madrid.
* Willingness to learn and understand new business / technical concepts.
* Willingness to work according to the Americas time-zone.
* Possibility of working from home.
* Salary package consisting of fixed + commissions. Salary range (fixed) from 23k to 32k gross per year.
