As our Junior Vendor Relations Technician, you will report to Chief Business Officer and partner closely with project leads, finance, legal, and technical teams to ensure our vendors consistently deliver exceptional value, reliability, and innovation. Responsibilities
Sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and project requirements. Evaluate vendor capabilities across technical performance, financial health, compliance, and past performance. Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments to optimize cost and service quality. Oversee vendor onboarding, ensuring all documentation, training, and integration steps are completed on schedule. Track vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs; conduct 360 degree stakeholder feedback and reviews, and issue remediation plans. Coordinate risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Manage a centralized vendor information repository and ensure transparent communication across teams. Drive continuous improvement by collecting feedback, benchmarking market trends, and piloting new solutions. Ensure open and transparent communication flows both internally and with external vendor partners by maintaining accessible channels, proactively sharing updates. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sports Management, or related field. Fully available for travel. 1-2 years of vendor or supplier management experience, preferably in event services. Proven success negotiating contracts and realizing measurable cost savings. Strong analytical skills. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Familiarity with procurement/project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com). Good communication habilities, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Business English Level C1. Seniority level
