Role Overview
We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join the Technical Support team in Barcelona. The role focuses on providing high-quality technical and customer assistance while representing a global automotive technology leader.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical and customer support to German-speaking customers
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally
* Guide customers through product usage, system issues, and solutions
* Document interactions accurately in internal systems
* Escalate complex technical cases when required
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
* Fluent German (spoken and written)
* Previous experience in Customer Support or Technical Support
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Customer-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
* Ability to work on-site in Barcelona
Compensation
* Base Salary:competitive
* Performance Bonus: Up to €2,000 gross per year
