About the role:
As a central figure in TD SYNNEX's rapid transformation, you will deliver comprehensive business process redesigns, conduct thorough testing, manage data conversion, and oversee training and deployment. Acting as the primary contact for the designated area, you will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, including IT, Business Process Automation (BPA), and Celonis, to foster seamless collaboration with solution providers. Your proactive approach and capability to deliver tangible results will contribute significantly to the company's ongoing efforts to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process improvement:
* Re-engineer, optimise and strengthen the business processes.
* Identify best practices, improvements and develop solutions to critical business issues.
* Undertake productivity initiatives and ensure the business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed.
* Implementation of BPA (Business Process Automation) tools:
* Identify automation opportunities.
* Prepare requirements for the developers.
* Test thoroughly new tools to make sure that they will function correctly.
* Document the use of the new tools.
* Train Operations to the use of the new tools.
* Documentation:
* Create and maintain high quality documentation, to be used both to train Operations users and as a reference in their day-to-day work.
* Maintain highly detailed business requirements and release notes related to deployed enhancements.
* Support to the business:
* Give support to the business with the processes implemented, as the main contact between business and its main stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
* Fluent English is a MUST
* Over 2 years of experience in a related role
* Advanced user in Excel
* Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability
* Good communication and negotiation skills with a good capacity to understand the business needs
* Ability to translate complex business issues into smaller and manageable pieces
* Ability to create complex and large process documentation
* Knowledge of standard methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma is a plus
