Senior Information Security Consultant
\n
(GRC/Security Architect) to join our Professional Services team and support clients in designing, assessing, and strengthening their security strategies, architectures, and cloud environments.
\n
This is a senior, hands‑on consulting role focused on delivering high‑quality security advisory, architecture, and risk‑based guidance to enterprise clients across regulated industries.
\n
What you’ll do
\n
Plan and lead information security consulting engagements, including security assessments, architecture design, cloud security, and policy/process reviews (with a strong focus on PCI)
\n
Assess clients’ security posture, identify risks and gaps, and recommend practical remediation strategies
\n
Design security architectures aligned with standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and PCI
\n
Act as a subject matter expert across security domains including network security, cloud security, IAM, cryptography, and secure application development
\n
Collaborate with clients to translate business goals and risk tolerance into actionable security requirements
\n
Produce clear, well‑structured reports and executive‑ready deliverables
\n
Participate in pre‑sales activities, including project scoping and proposal development
\n
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continuous improvement of Hitachi Cyber’s security practices
\n
If you recognize yourself in the following, we’d love to meet you:
\n
7+ years of experience in information security consulting or related services
\n
Strong background in security architecture, risk management, and control assessments
\n
Experience working with enterprise environments and complex security ecosystems
\n
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, PCI DSS, or equivalent
\n
Proven ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business‑level guidance
\n
Experience leading projects and engaging with senior stakeholders and executives
\n
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills
\n
Passion for continuous learning and staying current in cybersecurity
\n
Willingness to travel as required
