In this role you lead a global, enterprise-wide media and marketing category, shaping a forward-looking strategy to maximize brand impact and value. You collaborate across Marketing, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to optimize partnerships, supplier landscape, and cost efficiency while preserving brand quality. You drive measurable outcomes through negotiations, governance, and data-informed decisions in a fast-paced, diverse environment. • Lead a global media & marketing supplier portfolio and develop comprehensive category strategies
• Shape and implement category roadmaps aligned with brand, growth, and communications goals
• Manage supplier lifecycle: sourcing, contracting, performance management, and continuous improvement
• Drive commercial negotiations (rate cards, scopes of work, incentives, renewals) and strengthen contract structures
• Monitor supplier performance with KPIs for quality, innovation, sustainability, and value
• Rationalize the supplier landscape and consolidate strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Communications, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance) to mitigate risk and unlock cost efficiencies
• Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving platforms to keep the category future-ready
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance across global and regional markets
Responsabilidades
• 5-10 years in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement
• Experience in media and/or marketing categories preferred
• Proven experience managing media agencies, publishers, editorial partners, social platforms, branding or creative agencies
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and influencing skills
• Experience in complex, global, xpzdshu matrixed organizations
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proven ability to engage with senior business partners and external suppliers, including Legal and Risk teams
• Experience with supplier performance management and governance frameworks
• Professional procurement certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is an asset
• International experience and understanding of regional market dynamics strongly preferred
