To expand the market for our Dutch-speaking customers, we are looking for a customer service representative with a fluent Dutch language who is also a bike enthusiast with great interest in bikes or with an already existing good basic knowledge of bike parts and components.
A direct link to our customers, complex questions and your professional answers, trainings and personal development await you within this new challenge: As a customer advisor, you will contribute with your positive personality to the communication and inform our customers via telephone and email about all questions regarding product advice, the order process, invoicing and much more.
Together with us, you will expand BIKE24's excellent reputation in the Dutch market.
You are a very good Dutch speaker, ideally native speaker, with excellent communication skills and experience in the field of customer assistance.
You have C1 or native level of Dutch.
