#As a Business Analyst (HSE), you will play a key role in defining, documenting, and guiding the implementation of a new Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) system for one of our key industrial clients. Your work will have a direct impact on operational safety, regulatory compliance, and the digital transformation of critical environments.
#Gather and document detailed business requirements.
* Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
* Supervise work execution and validate the quality of deliverables delivered by the HSE provider.
* Assist in user training: preparation of materials, planning, scheduling, and tracking.
* Define test scenarios and perform technical testing.
* Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with key users.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
* 2+ years of experience with HSE systems in industrial environments.
* Experience in software application implementation .
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies .
* Bilingual Spanish & English (advanced), written and spoken.
* Bonus if you have knowledge of oil tank storage or dry bulk terminal operations.
