Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will:
* Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
* Troubleshoot product/service issues and ensure a positive customer experience
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
* Accurately log customer interactions in the system
* Collaborate with team members and report to team leads for any escalations
Requirements:
* Fluent in Dutch (C1-C2 level) and proficient in English (B2+)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
* EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
