Role Overview
Account Managers will support our Local Partner Services team in Madrid, working with a portfolio of partners. They'll inform and advise our accommodation partners about their business performance, market opportunities, and industry trends. The goal is to empower partners to use our system, tools, and products to optimize their performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a fixed-term contract for approximately 9 months.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* We maintain regular communication with partners through visits, phone calls, and internal messaging to help them grow their business.
* Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for a portfolio of partners, answering questions, and following up when needed. You'll also evaluate local market characteristics, trends, and drivers.
* Maintaining a stable relationship with accommodation partners is crucial frequent performance calls and contact to ensure they offer our customers the best availability and competitive pricing.
* You'll be knowledgeable about our products so you can explain their benefits and usage to partners.
* Finding opportunities for partners to improve our business using our internal segmentation to prioritize.
* Identifying new potential partner leads and passing them on for further follow-up.
* Taking care of Customer Service issues related to your portfolio and solving them efficiently for the business, partner, and customer.
* SUPPORTING THE ORGANIZATION OF EVENTS, SUCH AS WORKSHOPS AND WEBINARS, FOR PARTNERS ALSO ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND PARTNER EVENTS FOR THEIR PORTFOLIO.
* Stay informed about public affairs and public relations within your scope, familiarize yourself with regulations and laws affecting our industry.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Significant experience in account management/sales/business development roles.
* Strong commercial and communication skills.
* Proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish.
* Proven experience in e-commerce and/or travel industries.
* Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
* Accurate analytical skills and attention to detail.
* A team player, self-motivated, flexible, and open to change.
* Open to learning and willing to take on new challenges.
* Effective time management and prioritization skills.
* Driver's license.
* Availability to travel up to 50% within a designated area.
