Integrated into the Professional Services department and reporting to the **Head of Service Delivery**, the overall responsibility of the **Senior Manager – Italian Payroll** is to lead the delivery of SAP HCM Payroll services for our outsourced customers and manage a team of consultants supporting Italian Payroll solutions.
- Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **Italian and English**
- Extensive experience with **SAP HCM Payroll for Italy**
- Proven experience leading or mentoring teams in an SAP support or services environment
- Strong understanding of Italian payroll legislation and SAP payroll configuration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, customers, and delivery commitments
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Strategic mindset with a focus on service improvement and delivery excellence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accountability and ownership
