Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities:Overseeing stock control in good out warehouse, processing orders, deliveries programs loading, customer deliveriesEDI daily correct integrationCustomer claims coordination, evaluation, answering.Keeping stock control systems up-to-date and planning future finished good requirementsEnsuring quality, delivery and customer satisfaction are met (Q1)Liaising with third parties to move goods (by road, rail, air or sea) in accordance with customer requirements (shipments, confirmations…)Arranging transport for urgent and high-value freight and managing costs (customers)Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily and monthly basis, managing processes (ISO TS)Logistics protocol for customersProviding logistics and supply chain management solutionsEnsuring the health, safety, cleanliness, security of the work environment and 4 stock principles (VPS) in WarehousesSales forecast preparationQualifications:University Degree or Technical School DegreeAutomotive logistics experience minimum 2 years.Customer portals and communication systems.Spanish and English, a third European language would be appreciated (French or German)The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
