We are now looking for a Sales Manager for Southern Europe, ideally based in Spain or Portugal, to accelerate our growth in key markets.As a Sales Manager, you are a proactive sales professional with strong technical expertise and deep industry insight. You bring a solid engineering background and understand the challenges and requirements of large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.What will you do?Drive inbound and outbound sales activities in Southern EuropeAct as the primary contact for customers throughout the sales cycleIdentify and develop new opportunities for our thermal battery in industries such as energy production, oil & gas, steel, food & beverage, and other heavy industriesRepresent Kraftblock at regional industry events, conferences, and trade showsLead customer interactions and design-in processes with support from our engineering teamUnderstand the grid business potential for green energy solutionsMaintain awareness of regional regulatory landscape and subsidy mechanismsHelp shape our internationalization strategy in Europe, especially in the Iberian Peninsula, France, and ItalyManage and achieve sales targetsParticipate in a 6–8 week onboarding at our headquarters in Sulzbach, GermanyVisit our HQ regularly (at least twice a year)What are we looking for?You are a strategic thinker and relationship builder with passion for technical innovation and sustainability. You have :
