7+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master and IT Project Manager in agile digital environments.Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus.Proven experience managing B2 C digital ecosystems (mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, digital services).Solid background in IT project management, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.Hands-on experience with Agile and project management tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Confluence).Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.Fluent Spanish (C1/native) and English (B2/C1), written and spoken; professional proficiency in French is highly valued.Experience in transportation and/or tourism is a strong plus.Proactive mindset, adaptability, rigor, autonomy, and strong sense of priorities. Implement and promote Scrum best practices across the project.Lead all agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).Define, measure, and track performance indicators (velocity, burndown charts, KPIs).Foster transparent communication within the team and across stakeholders.Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear, prioritized, and ready backlog.Promote Agile culture, continuous improvement, and team maturity.Identify impediments impacting performance and coordinate actions to remove blockers.Configure and optimize Azure Dev Ops (dashboards, Kanban boards, sprint tracking).Plan resource allocation (vacations, backups) and support team skill development.
