portfolio through advanced testing, data analysis, and collaboration with commercial and technical teams.
About The Role
* Ensure Lab Safety: Maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment, following all safety protocols.
* Perform Advanced Testing: Conduct detailed chemical, physical, and performance analyses of packaging coatings using a range of analytical techniques (e.g., spectroscopy, chromatography, microscopy).
* Support Product Stewardship: Investigate product performance issues, raw material changes, and customer complaints through analytical testing and root cause analysis.
* Interpret & Report Data: Analyse complex datasets, generate clear reports, and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with R&D, Technical Service, Sales, and Marketing to support customer needs and ensure product quality and compliance.
* Drive Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to testing protocols, lab practices, and product formulations based on analytical findings.
* Applies relevant analytical approaches and techniques such as FTIR, GCMS, LCMS, GPC and optical microscopy
About You
* A degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field, with specialization in analytical techniques.
* 3+ years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in coatings or packaging.
* Hands-on experience with analytical instruments and methods (e.g., FTIR, GC-MS, SEM, DSC).
* Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
* Ability to translate technical data into meaningful recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
* Availability to travel internationally during the training period is required.
* Personal vehicle to access the Site (in an industrial area)
