Key responsibilities
* Property acquisition in an assigned prime area
* Active follow-up and management of listed properties
* Advising and assisting potential buyers throughout the sales process
* Negotiation and closing of sales transactions
* CRM management and reporting
* Close collaboration with the commercial team
Candidate profile
* Previous experience in real estate or a strong commercial vocation with proven customer service skills
* Strong negotiation, organization and closing abilities
* Results-driven mindset and clear sales orientation
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Good personal presentation
* Solid knowledge of the city of Barcelona
* Familiarity with CRM systems and strong command of Microsoft Office
Languages
* Spanish: Advanced
* English: Advanced
* Catalan: Intermediate
* Additional languages will be highly valued
