DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities
1. Optimize and support various CI/CD pipelines
2. Cultivate and implement DevOps practices and culture throughout the project
3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
4. Provide technical assistance and guidance to engineering colleagues
5. Manage, deploy, and monitor containerized applications using Kubernetes
6. Ensure consistent application of compliance in CI/CD platforms including branching strategies and code quality
Requirements
* Strong computer science fundamentals with 6-7+ years of professional software and systems engineering experience
* Proven track record in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Broad experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on Java development, with further knowledge of modern Typescript and IaC technologies as a plus
* Experience in working with modern CI/CD platforms and compliance enforcement (branching strategy, vulnerability management, code quality, etc.) as a developer or administrator
* In-depth knowledge of CI/CD principles and hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines or similar, enabling optimization of existing pipelines
* Solid experience with Kubernetes, including managing and deploying containerized applications
* Monitoring (Grafana): Design and implement automated build, deployment, and monitoring systems to ensure software reliability
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, providing support to other engineers
* Fluent skills in English, able to communicate efficiently in business and technical domains
