Amadeus is looking for a Senior Media Designer to join our hybrid team. This role focuses on creating engaging, brand‐aligned digital content for paid advertising, social media, and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Independently execute creative concepts from initial idea through to final production;
Design, produce, and optimize digital assets for campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising;
Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, subject matter experts, and media production, to ensure alignment with brand goals and strategies;
Create and maintain visual consistency across all design deliverables and channels;
Develop sketches, storyboards, and proofs of concept to communicate ideas to stakeholders;
Analyze campaign performance and make data‐driven recommendations to optimize digital design effectiveness;
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, electronic media, or a related field;
3–5 years of relevant experience in digital or multimedia design;
Proficient with Premiere Pro or Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Google Web Designer;
Strong understanding of HTML and CSS;
Strong sense of design aesthetics and attention to detail;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and business objectives;
Fluent in English.
