Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and improve MongoDB-based database services in cloud environments
- Automate operational processes to enhance scalability, reliability, and efficiency
- Work with Kubernetes for orchestration and lifecycle management (including operators/controllers)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployments
- Monitor systems and ensure high availability, performance, and security
- Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams on MongoDB-related topics
- Support complex troubleshooting and incident resolution at an advanced level
- Stay up to date with the latest MongoDB features and cloud-native best practices
Requirements
- Strong experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring, Infrastructure as Code)
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB (administration, operations, or development)
- Experience working in cloud environments and distributed architectures
- Background in development, ideally with Go or similar languages (automation, APIs, testing)
- Interest in NoSQL technologies and cloud-native ecosystems
- Proactive mindset, ownership, and strong problem-solving skills
- Good level of English for working in international teams
