About The Role
As part of the Operations team, the Stock Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth management of daily deliveries, stock organisation and inventory activities, contributing to operational excellence and to the overall CHANEL client experience.
What You Will Do
* Apply the European procedures of the Fashion Division.
* Manage product flows, including the physical receipt of merchandise, stock placement, replenishment and reorganisation.
* Ensure accurate product labelling.
* Replenish packaging areas and manage weekly packaging orders.
* Prepare transfers between boutiques and related shipments, both physically and within systems.
* Participate in daily, monthly and annual inventories (RFID and physical counts).
* Report stock discrepancies, issues and damaged items.
* Manage returns of merchandise to central warehouses in line with internal procedures.
What You Bring
* Intermediate level of English.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in retail, ideally within the luxury sector.
* A dynamic, flexible and organised mindset.
* Knowledge of systems related to merchandise and stock management.
