Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a product manager, your goal will be to support the European product director in the design and comprehensive creation of online products and value-added services beyond acquisition.
Responsibilities include:
* Assist with product designs for eCommerce using different processors that GetNet works with
* Monitoring priority partner programmes: knowledge of their solutions, ability to select the best alternatives, internal and external advice.
* Relationship with brands from the point of view of regulatory compliance of our solutions: PCI, PSD2, VISA/MC, etc.
* Actions regarding our suppliers to ensure compliance with regulations and new protocol specifications
* Assisting in the transformation of Getnet EU processes.
* Organise and direct support for the implementation of solutions that require some type of integration with both our payment applications and customer sales tools – web, APP, IVR, point-of-sale SW, etc.
* Establish the necessary servicing (setting measurable and assessable KPIs to ensure service quality
* Ensure that implementation materials (guides, demos, portals, etc.) are clear, accessible and kept up to date
Requirements:
* 7–9 years Payment methods specialist
* Degrees in Industrial Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, Business Administration, Business Studies
* English: Advanced. Ability to communicate in a foreign language in a professional setting.
