Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area for a Coordinador de Transporte Terrestre Internacional. The responsibilities include managing transportation operations, ensuring smooth coordination of international logistics, communicating effectively with clients and partners, offering excellent customer service, and maintaining organizational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves overseeing transportation schedules, addressing challenges promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Skills in Operations Management and Transportation Management to efficiently oversee international logistics processes
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact and build collaborative relationships with clients and partners
* Excellent Organization Skills to manage schedules, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain operational accuracy
* Problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to handle unforeseen challenges in transportation management
* Proficiency in relevant software tools is a plus
* Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage
* Experience in logistics or transportation coordination is highly preferred
