As a Groups Manager you will coordinate the Groups & Incentives Department in accordance with the directives of the central management,and to ensure that the objectives set by the company are met.Responsibilities:Coordinate Groups & Incentives team of Catalonia to attend our clients' needs.Provide fast and efficient response to incoming commercial quotations.Ensure quality and efficiency of the operations (deadlines, customer-supplier invoicing...)Develop an Annual Budget that meets the company's objectives.Being the point of contact for providers, suppliers, incoming agency and tour operator to ensure the quality of the service.Prepare and send detailed proposals and power point presentations to clients.Negotiating prices with suppliers.Providing detailed and clear reports prior to the start of events, ensuring that everyone involved has the information they need.Follow up events before, during and after with the client directly.
