P Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is the leading in-store marketing company for COSTCO, providing product demonstrations, samples, and events to drive sales and brand awareness for food and consumer goods companies within Costco warehouses globally. /p p The Account Manager is responsible for attracting, growing, managing and implementing sales strategies, activities to support for Costco and vendor event programs. The Account Manager must communicate daily in English Spanish—both orally and written—with Costco teams, vendors, regional stakeholders, and internal CDS departments. /p p Working closely with the Sales Manager, the Account Manager oversees event logistics, communicates key program details, and ensures consistent delivery of volume and instructions to support operational excellence. The role requires strong follow-up, accurate documentation, analytical capability, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality vendor and client relationships while driving successful execution of CDS initiatives. /p pb Essential Duties Responsibilities /b /ppb Program Vendor Management /b /pulli Sell, develop, and manage event programs for clients selling products inside Costco. /lili Monitor program execution, performance, and objectives, and provide recaps/analyses of each event or program. /lili Act as the primary point of contact for vendors for event planning, execution, and marketing support. /lili Develop marketing strategies tailored to vendor needs. /lili Deliver vendor and Costco status updates, including budget performance, reporting, and issue resolution. /lili Analyze demo results to extract insights and propose marketing plans and demo ideas to Costco and vendors. /lili Support training implementation on product knowledge for individual programs. /lili Cultivate and strengthen vendor relationships through meetings, reporting, financial management, and proactive communication. /li /ul pb Event Scheduling, Logistics Operations /b /pulli Oversee day-to-day event logistics, including scheduling management, creation of DPIS (Demo Product Information Sheet) instructions, and communication of all event details. /lili Ensure all DPIS instructions adhere to food safety requirements for in-warehouse execution. /lili Ensure scheduling accuracy and timely communication of program details. /lili Collaborate with Field Operations to confirm execution readiness and troubleshoot event-day issues. /lili Provide timely, professional support to vendors, internal stakeholders, and Costco contacts. /lili Manage Costco Buyer/AB and ICS relationships, aligning on shared goals and program opportunities. /li /ul pb Reporting, Administration Financial Follow-up /b /pulli Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and internal records for all assigned programs, and flag any concerns related to financial health. /lili Follow up closely on: /lili Accounts payable and invoicing /lili Demo volume tracking, data entry, and analysis within internal systems /lili Market-level sales strategy development and identification of regional synergies /lili Implementation of global standard processes /li /ul pb Qualifications /b /pulli Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Diplomatura / Licenciatura) in business, economics, marketing or related fields. /lili Minimum 5 year of experience in a comercial/sales or account management client-facing or customer service position preferably in the retail sector. /li /ul pb Skills, Knowledge Abilities /b /pulli Fluency in Spanish and b English at a C2 level is mandatory, as English is the primary working language (oral written) for this role. /b /lili French is considered a em plus. /em /lili Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills across Costco, vendors, and internal stakeholders. /lili Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively (urgent vs. important). /lili Proactive, commercially driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. /lili Commitment to maintaining high levels of service and quality. /lili Intermediate–advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); b weekly work with pivot tables required. /b /li /ul
