Responsibilities:
Responsible for carrying out the risk assessments, as well as its modifications or variations.
Responsible for the coordination of work contracted with the Prevention Service (SPA).
Responsible for carrying out the planning of the preventive activity in coordination with external service.
Management of health surveillance of workers.
Coordinating preventive activity with the subcontracting companies.
Coordinating internal/external HSE safety audits on a monthly basis.
Communicating and implementing corrective and/or preventive actions derived from audits.
Responsible for elaboration of procedures, instructions and formats within HSE.
Managing and coordinating Occupational Safety and Health Committee from which he is part
Directing, coordinating and performing HSE training to all employees.
Responsible for directing and coordinating with SPA studies of hygienic measurements and ergonomic improvements.
Responsible for advising all personnel on occupational hazards and their prevention, as well as on the environment
Control and supervision of chemical safety data sheets.
Accident rates control and investigation and Professional deseases.
Responsible for the Emergency and Evacuation Plan, as well as drills coordination.
Responsible for the supply and control of delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Controlling compliance of HSE standards by employees.
Qualifications:
University Degree (Labor Relations or Engineering) and Masters in Prevention of Labor Risks. (The lack of this minimum qualification can be filled with the experience required by the position or the training required for it).
