We're hiring a Technical SEO Specialist We are building Iceland — an AI-driven travel platform focused on helping users plan trips to Iceland and discover tours, destinations, and experiences. We are looking for a Technical SEO specialist to take full ownership of our SEO foundation from day one. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute a full SEO migration (including 301 redirects from an existing domain) - Define and implement site architecture, URL structure, and internal linking - Ensure proper indexing, crawling, and technical health (GSC, sitemaps, robots.Txt) - Work closely with developers (Next.Js) to implement SEO best practices - Optimize Core Web Vitals and site performance - Identify and fix technical issues impacting rankings Requirements: - Proven experience with technical SEO and site migrations - Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, and Google Search Console - Experience with tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar - Ability to work independently and focus on long-term organic growth - Strong communication skills Bonus: - Experience with programmatic SEO or content-driven SEO - Experience working with startups or early-stage products - Familiarity with modern web stacks (React / Next.Js) Location: Murcia, Spain (on-site) We are looking for someone practical and execution-focused who can help us build this correctly from the start.
