As our factory in L'Hospitalet expands, we are looking for a Factory Operation Manager to provide a variety of services to our patients.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Plan, supervise, and optimize daily production using SMART KPIs.
- Ensure environmental safety through audits and protocols.
- Enforce quality control and address issues promptly.
- Drive continuous process improvements.
- Manage production schedules and material inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training.
- Control operational expenses within budget.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead a production team.
**Your profile**:
- +5 years of experience in factory production management.
- Degree in Production Management/industrial engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in team management within a production environment
- English and Spanish mandatory
