Our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and people development drives our dedication to customer and consumer satisfaction. /ppbr/ppThe Mission /ppWe are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager for commercial development of the Spanish market, focusing on both food and non‑food industrial categories (dairy, ice cream, detergents, and others). /ppThis role will be responsible for expanding the customer portfolio, developing growth strategies, and providing the Group with structured market insights and trends. /p pKey Responsibilities /pulliConduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities, defining successful strategies together with management. /liliBuild and strengthen a network of clients, partners, and relevant business stakeholders. /liliPrepare commercial proposals focused on New Business and new client acquisition. /liliManage the sales pipeline and oversee all stages of the commercial cycle. /liliPrepare forecasts and reports, and support in resolving critical issues. /liliCoordinate activities with internal and external teams, both nationally and internationally. /liliEnsure achievement of commercial targets. /liliContribute to the budgeting process and manage client accounts, ensuring proper cost and margin control. /liliAnalyze customers’ financial data (e.g., sales reports) and develop strategies to open, recover, and retain clients. /li /ul pRequirements Competencies /pulliUniversity degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields. /liliSolid experience in commercial roles (+5 years) with strong B2B background. /liliProven experience in the packaging industry (folding carton, rigid containers, or flexible packaging). /liliStrong hunter profile, highly oriented toward new business development and acquisition of new clients. /liliExcellent organizational skills, priority setting, and time management. /liliStrong communication skills, active listening, and ability to share information effectively. /liliAnalytical mindset and problem‑solving skills with assertiveness and diplomacy. /liliAutonomy, empathy, creativity, accuracy, critical thinking, and dynamism. /liliGood knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus. /liliLanguages fluency in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus. /li /ul pBenefits /pulliAnnual performance bonus. /liliCompany car. /liliHealth insurance. /liliIntegration into a solid and growing international company. /liliStrategic role with high autonomy and strong business impact. /li /ul pLocation: Spain.
