A Spanish hospitality group, recognized for bringing Spanish gastronomy to the U.S. market, and currently in a strong phase of growth and consolidation, is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and scale its entire marketing function in the United States.
This is a senior, strategic and hands-on position, responsible for defining and executing the global marketing vision of the group, managing an internal team of approximately 5 marketing professionals, and coordinating multiple external agencies and partners .
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global marketing strategy aligned with the group's business objectives, expansion plans and brand positioning around Spanish gastronomy .
- Manage, mentor and develop the internal marketing team (approx. 5 people), fostering performance, ownership and collaboration.
- Coordinate and oversee external agencies (creative, digital, media, PR, influencers, performance marketing, etc.).
- Own the full 360º marketing scope, including:
- Brand strategy and positioning
- Digital marketing (paid media, SEO, SEM, CRM, email marketing)
- Social media and content strategy
- PR, events and brand activations
- Influencer marketing and strategic partnerships
- Local store marketing and opening campaigns
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty across all channels and locations.
- Track performance through KPIs, dashboards and ROI analysis, optimizing budgets and campaigns on an ongoing basis.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance and Leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support commercial and operational goals.
- Guarantee brand consistency and excellence across all touchpoints, reinforcing the identity of Spanish cuisine and culture .
Profile Requirements
- Proven experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director or Senior Marketing Manager, preferably within hospitality, restaurant groups or lifestyle consumer brands .
- Solid background in restaurant / F&B; marketing is highly desirable.
- Bilingual or native-level English is mandatory. Spanish is a strong plus.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset .
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and multiple external agencies.
- Strong knowledge of 360º marketing, both online and offline.
- High level of dynamism, adaptability and energy, comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- Data-driven and business-oriented profile with strong analytical skills.
- Willingness and ability to live and work in California, USA .
