YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
* Manage and support the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit
* Advise managers and employees on HR topics, employee relations, and compliance matters
* Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and processes in coordination with International HR
* Handle the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Coordinate compensation topics, salary adjustments, and payroll communication
* Maintain and update HR tools, systems, and employee records
* Drive employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives
* Prepare and analyze HR reports and KPIs to support strategic decisions
WHAT SETS THEM APART
* Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an HR department
* Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and employee relations
* Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives
* Confident working with HR systems and reporting tools
* Excellent communication and advisory skills in both English and Spain
* Hands-on mentality, structured way of working, and strong problem-solving skills
