Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Investor & Media Relations Manager role based in Barcelona, with flexibility for partial work from home. The person in this role will develop and execute investor relations and media strategies that clearly communicate Crewtalent’s vision, performance, and growth plans to investors, analysts, journalists, and other external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and distributing investor updates and press releases, preparing briefing documents and Q&A; for leadership, and coordinating interviews, media opportunities, and investor meetings.
The role will manage reporting cycles, support the preparation of presentations and fact sheets, monitor media and market sentiment, and maintain accurate and consistent messaging across all public channels. Collaboration with executive leadership, finance, product, and marketing teams will be essential to ensure timely and compliant communication.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Media Relations and Public Relations, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, analysts, and other key external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Strategic Communications and Corporate Communications, including crafting clear, consistent narratives for investors and media across multiple channels.
Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and distributing Press Releases, investor updates, and related external communications.
Proven background in investor relations, financial or corporate communications within technology, AI, or high-growth companies is highly beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial and operational data and present it in a clear, compelling way for external audiences.
Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Finance, Business, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Compensation Success Fee upon fundraising round close (next 2 months) + bridge to fix contract optionality
