At PRONOVIAS GROUP, a global leader in the bridal industry, we are currently seeking a talented Bride Experience Specialist to join our Customer Experience Team at our Barcelona HQ.
This role is central to our customer service department, providing exceptional support to our brides across channels such as phone, email, and social media. You will assist brides in finding their dream dress or accessories, answer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly and professionally, and ensure all interactions align with our brand philosophy.
Key Responsibilities :
* Respond to bride inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and courteous manner.
* Provide accurate information on products, services, procedures, and company policies.
* Guide brides through the process of selecting their wedding dress.
* Handle and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally, following established policies.
* Proactively offer solutions and recommendations to enhance the bride experience and sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with retail stores to address customer concerns related to their in-store experience.
* Contribute to achieving department goals and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
* Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a welcoming environment.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume, multi-channel contact center environment.
* Fluency in Spanish, English, and Italian. Additional languages, especially French, are a strong asset.
* Familiarity with retail or e-commerce industries; experience in luxury customer service is preferred.
* Positive, helpful, and solution-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to learn new software and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
