✔️ What will your day-to-day look like?
- Preparing ingredients (mise en place): cutting meats, seafood, and vegetables with high-cuisine standards.
- Cooking complex dishes following standard recipes
- Masterfully managing the griddle temperature for different types of food.
- Performing skill tricks with utensils (knives, spatulas, salt shakers).
- Interacting charismatically with diners throughout the entire cooking process.
- Maintaining a cooking rhythm that keeps the customer engaged and entertained.
- Keeping the teppan area impeccable before, during, and after service.
- Strictly complying with food safety regulations (temperature management, cross-contamination).
- Analyzing customer survey results and defining improvement plans and actions.
- Offering direct customer service, resolving their doubts, suggestions, complaints, claims, and compliments, guaranteeing their satisfaction.
- Carrying out daily inventory and weekly food orders to the storeroom.
- Supervising waste management.
- Receiving suppliers, checking their products, and auditors.
- Ensuring the budget is met in terms of revenue, costs, and personnel management.
- Following up on the compliance with the KPIs established by the company.
Who is the adecuado candidate for this position?
- Demonstrable experience in Teppanyaki service.
- Proficiency in English and German will be valued.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge, preparation, production, and safety of food.
- Ability to work in a team.
